In response to the spread of Covid 19, we are taking a wide rrange of efforts to ensure the guests can feel safe in their stay. We are implementing various measures against the virus expansion so that the guests can stay safely and with peace of mind.

We will inform you of our requests for your stay and our efforts to prevent a new coronavirus infection in expansion.

1 : Please let me know all the member of name lists and address.

2 : Alcohol disinfectant is placed at the entrance. Please disinfect your hands and shoes frequently.

3 : For the health and safety of our guests and employees, please be aware that we will be wearing masks to serve customers. Please wear a mask during your stay. If you do not have it, please let me know.

4: Upon check-in, our staff will fill out a questionnaire and take your temperature with a thermometer on the health status of all arriving guests. If you have a fever over 37.5°, we contact to public health center and must follow the instructions by Japanese government.

5: Alcohol spray disinfectant is placed at toilet. Please disinfect a toilet seat.

If you become unwell, please immediately inform a nearby member of our staff.
